Spread the Love with Pony Express Love Letters, a special event happening at the Briscoe Western Art Museum! This amazing activity lets you celebrate Valentine’s Day by making a one-of-a-kind letter for your loved one.
Visit Briscoe Western Art Museum and create a creatively crafted gift! Make a handwritten letter, compose a sonnet on our vintage typewriter, or fill in a Valentine’s Mad Lib for a loved one. Members of the San Antonio Calligraphers' Guild will also be on hand to hand-address your written masterpieces. Once you complete your letter, you can trust it in the hands of our friendly bicycle volunteers from SATX Social Ride, who will be hand-delivering the letters on Tuesday, February 14th as modern day “Pony Express” riders! All the materials will be provided, so come make Valentine’s Day special with this unique and artistic event at the Briscoe Western Art Museum.
If you feel like escaping Oxford at Sonterra Apartments in San Antonio, for the day, this event is a perfect opportunity to do just that!
