Come learn the beautiful culture of Afro-Beat music & dance from West Africa. The instructor, Mimi O Omen, from Nigeria will start with teaching you each move along with the name and history of it. Then will combine all the moves to have you dancing and burning calories to the mystical African Beats.
This is a donation workshop where proceeds will go towards nusmashproject.org helping women & children in need. Online donations required to guaranteed your spot; there will be no donations at the door.
